Russia strikes deal to build nuclear power plant in Uzbekistan
MOSCOW, Jun 21 (PRIME) -- Russia and Uzbekistan have agreed to build a nuclear power plant in the Central Asian country, Uzbek ambassador to Russia Bakhrom Ashrafkhanov told PRIME on Thursday.
“There is an agreement that the nuclear power plant will definitely be constructed. We are now working on a road map,” he said without disclosing any other details.
